Orders & Confirmation:

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (or deposit if applicable). We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed. 

Payment:

  • Payments are accepted via the methods specified at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All products are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are personal care items intended for individual use.
  • However, in exceptional cases approved by us, compensation may be offered in the form of a promo code discount instead of a refund.

Shipping:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies. However, we promise to do our best to resolve any issues occur.

Product Use:
